| About Weston Wild
Weston Wild provides a developmental approach
and challenging environment for our soccer
players. The Weston Wild teams participate
in tournaments throughout the year including
the Plantation Thanksgiving Tournament,
Jupiter Presidents Day Tournament, South
Florida Spring Fling Tournament, the Disney
Memorial Day Tournament AND THEY ARE ELIGIBLE
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE JULY 2008 NATIONAL
GAMES IN HAWAII.
Weston Wild is an extension of the core
AYSO program and is geared to allow players
to continue to develop their skills, confidence
and passion for the game within a challenging
environment. AYSO is dedicated to providing
every one of our members a rewarding soccer
experience that promotes sportsmanship,
team work and an overall love of the game.
Each player in our core program and Weston
Wild program is a valued participant. Our
teams follow the AYSO values and philosophies
so that every player is treated with respect
and given every opportunity to be successful.
In order to tryout for a Weston Wild team
a player must be at least 8 years old and
registered to the AYSO U10 division or above
for the Fall 2007 season. Registration for
the Fall Season is currently ongoing. Tryouts
for Weston Select will take place in September.
For the fee of $75 (which includes registration;
two Puma team uniforms; two practice shirts
and Sack Pak) the participant will play
in the ten game AYSO inter-regional league,
friendlies and AYSO State Games. All this
for just $75!!! This is far less than any
other soccer program in South Florida.

AYSO/USSF/FIFA Relationship
The
United States Soccer Federation (USSF) is
recognized by FIFA as the national governing
body of soccer in the United States. AYSO
is a National Affiliate member of the USSF
and a member of the Youth Council of USSF.
AYSO Region 644 is one of the hundreds of
regions that make up the American Youth
Soccer Organization (AYSO), which is a national
association that was founded in 1964 and
is located in Hawthorne, California. With
more than 650,000 boys and girls between
the ages of 4 - 18 years old and over 250,000
volunteer coaches, referees and administrators
in 46 states, AYSO is the largest volunteer
soccer organization of its kind.
